We invite every new patient to a free spinal screening. This visit gives you the chance to talk one-on-one with the doctor and discuss the best course of action for your specific needs.

Save time in the office by filling out your forms ahead of your visit. Visit our Patient Forms page to download and complete them at home, then bring the printed, completed forms with you.

When you arrive, we’ll make a copy of your photo ID and any insurance cards. We do this so we can check on your chiropractic coverage before you become financially responsible for anything.
