Our goal is to make using your insurance as easy as possible. We simply copy your ID card and call to verify your insurance coverage for you. We will go over your benefits with you, that way there are no surprises. Patients are responsible for their co-pays and deductibles. If your insurance should change or become terminated it is the responsibility of the patient to inform us of this change. If you have any questions regarding insurance and your financial responsibilities please don’t hesitate to give us a call, we will do our best to assist you.
Over the years we have seen an increasing number of patients who have limited insurance coverage or no insurance at all, please do not let this stop you from pursuing better health. We have numerous plans to help get you the treatment that you need and still be considered a cash patient.
We accept workers compensation cases. You will need to inform your employer of the injury, and they will need to give you the name and address of their insurance carrier. Most workplaces have a panel of doctors that you can see if injured on the job. If there is a chiropractor listed, you will need to seek treatment from them, however if there is no chiropractor listed, then you are free to choose your own doctor. If there are any questions please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
We except personal injury cases, including automobile accidents. If you were injured in an auto accident you will need to report it to your insurance company and they should give you a claim number. We will need to obtain the insurance name, address, phone number and claim number. Our staff will help guide you through this process.
